I wonder is the new 230hp rating means more HP or is just a more accurate rating

I know a guy rnning 12.8 in his SRT-4 with $1200 in mods...I think a boost controller, slicks up front intake and downpipes or something like that. He is also a good driver.

SRT4s run 14.0 to 14.2 at 102mph stock. Consistently. HP at the crank is about 255HP.
Like SFLA_Type-S said, I dont know what the additional power for 2004 means. I am guessing it means a fatter torque curve but similar power SFLA_Type-S.

Crap, we got to watch our backs for Neons. I think what Dodge has done is great and I applaud them. For only 20k. Wow. Makes everything else seem futile at that price.

Revving at 9K...
Acutally, I'm talking about the Neon with the turbo, I've seen people having problems already with WRX's and Evo's. And with the track records from Dodge, I wouldn't put it pass them to have issues as well. Especially this being their first version of the FI compact car.
