Does anyone know if the 02tl-s heads are the same as 03 cl-s or cl heads? Also does auto or stick make a difference?

Well Auto to Auto yes, a set of '02-03 TL-S headers are identical to a set of '01-03 CL-S headers.

Now going from an Auto '02-03 TL-S to a Manual 03 CL-S the set is different. The difference?

On the rear header of the Manual 03 CL-S there's an "S" bend to move it out of the way of the 6MT's additional motor mount;



So basically the only thing you can't do is put a set of headers for an Auto TL/CL on an '03 CL 6MT. However any other combination works including putting a set of 03 CL-S 6MT headers on an Auto CL/TL.
