Why is there no place for people to sell new or used parts on here? Seems like a great forum but I was just wondering.

The Black Market, on the main page is what you are looking for. You will private sales, and group buys.

If you look at the top of the page, all the way to the right is off-topic. For sale stuff goes there, audio/video stuff goes there as well as a number of other sections of the site you may not see in this area.
