Said goodbye to the Acura...

I posted about a month ago that my lease on the CLS was up soon and I was to be looking for new cars in July. Well, I bought the new car only 4 months short of when I planned to. The Acura was fantastic but I have been enjoying the hell out of this.

Any ideas for mods?

Looks like you took a step down bro Teasing obviously.. Awsome ride. I doubt you'll get much out of bolt-ons if it's already highly tuned from the factories, but that's just a guess. I'd start by tinting the windows lightly...

Hmm.. wondering how gunmetal gray rims would look? Nah, scratch that..

In any case, awesome looking ride...

Congratulations! It's an awesome ride. Very fast.
Check out these other forums as well:
www.mbworld.org
www.mbklasse.com
www.benzworld.org
www.benzforum.com
www.c32life.com

Check out www.evosport.com. The have a Stage I & II pkg for the C32. H&R has springs, cupkit, or coilovers. Cosmetically, I would do the bi-xenon's first. They give the car a different look.

Here's a couple pics of mine:

Hobo,
The wheels actually look small in person as well. Hard to believe they are 17's.

Say,

A C32 needing mods?! First thing to go are those OEM tires. P-Zero Rossos don't do it justice, IMHO. My bro's got a C32 and I tell him to get rid of those suckers when they hit half-way. (Personally not a fan of Pirelli -- had a set of P7000 SuperSports on my TL-S and they were loud as anything!)

Renntech has some upgrades to the C32. If you're performance oriented, that's something you might wanna consider.

Enjoy the car! I have on a couple of occasions.

Yep, M3 has been my dream car since they were introduced. The E46 M3, to me at least, is the most unbelievable car under 100g I have ever seen. I went and drove it and it exceeded all expectations They were a toss up but the price of the C32 really pushed me in the MB direction.

I think you made the right choice with the C32 over the M3. It is much more of a sleeper. Awesome car man.

Nice ride man! i would tint them somewhat... and since its AMG i dont think theres much you need to do engine-wise. they got some sick kits out there for the c32

i would rather get c32 AMG over a M3 w/o SMG

BUT M3 with SMG... my dream car. when i test drove that car i fell in love completely with it.. i will have saved up enough money in a year and a half for a '01 M3 with SMG. i can't wait...

They're s/ced right? ARe there pulley upgrades?

I'd leave the wheels. You don't want big heavy 19s to slow you down unless you're going show.

Very nice! Don't see a big need to do anything to it. I guess some 18s would look nice. BTW - War Eagle! 85'

For several months, I drove my CLS-6 with the A C U R A painted body color and "mispelled" A U C A R . A few noticed, most did not. One coed shouted out in a parking lot "There it is! The A U car! I saw it the other day and told my Mom that I wanted one just like it, but I had never seen one before, and I didn't know what it was! What is an AU car?"

My daughter's initials are A.P.I. (intentionally)! Hey, when you've got it bad, you've got it bad.
