Most of the parts are already in for my car, which is good. It might get done quicker.

 

I'm getting the '03 headlamps! The car is going into the paint shop today! Monday and Tuesday will just require putting everything together!

I'm very excited.

 

 

what color did you go with>? cause i know you wanted to do a color change in the future.

 

I thought about doing a different color, but I'm just going to stick with the same body color. It's original. The grill and bumper inserts will be painted as well.

They are the black garnishes on the 2003 CLs. Instead of having roadlamps, Acura decided to delete them and use garnish(bumper) inserts.



Those are bumper inserts instead of road lamps.

EDIT: Anybody want to do a photochop of my DEP with 2003 headlights and bumper inserts? Just make sure to body match the inserts and the grill.

They put everything back together today (Tuesday). Tomorrow, they're going to drive it around to make sure it is driveable and that the alignment isn't off. I'm going to give them a call at 9. I should have by tomorrow.

-I'll take pics when I get the car back though.

The scheduled pick up time is roughly 2:30-3pm. It is now getting waxed, buffed and all cleaned up. I called up the shop earlier and they said the front looks sick being body matched and all. He said later on he'd give me a deal on getting the rear bumper fixed.

When I pick it up, I'll be taking pics. They'll be posted up tomorrow!

I thought about doing the chrome trim as well, but I changed my mind. But all the black is body matched though.

Just go to an Acura dealership and pay the $30 some odd dollars.

And i am wondering how could i cover my middle of the bottom bumper up.. I was thinking of some kind of grill set up..? I want to cover this up cuz now i can see all the wires and sh!t.

 

oh, i see nissan altimas and maximas with the chromed out grills all the time. its starting to look old though.

My 'A' is upside down on my trunk, I have large exhaust pipes, and the rear window is tinted at 5%. You'd know if it was me.
