Run against 3.5 Altima

Early this morning on my way into work.. I was on the left lane of the highway, no one in front, and no one in the back. Crusing around 65mph. Out of no where, the pair of headlights zoomed up right behind me, and was tailing me. So I proceed to move to the right lane to let the person pass. Thats when I realize that some middle age guy in an Altima was pacing me. He kept looking over to see if I was going to speed up. So at first I wasn't even going to try because I figure its not really fair if he's in the 2.5 liter version, so I start to slow down to 55 to let him know that I wasn't interested. But when I got behind him, I saw the dual exhaust, and the 3.5 badge. My eyes lite up, because I've always wanted to run against one of them. I speed up and caught up to him, and he and I both knew it was on.

We hit it from 65mph twice, and both times I got him by several cars upto 100. God I love the new Chip. My car feels a lot lighter than before, and when I hit the throttle, it responds so much faster than before. I'm very, very happy.

Yes, the Chip Helps... 7% increase in HP over the entire curve. Not just peak.

No, I wouldn't race a Altima in the S2000 cause I've already ran a 350Z.

I think you should get one. Better investment than the exhaust. IMO.

yeah, I was just giving you a hard time... Don't worry. The whole thing started on the 10th, and I moved on it, and now it's ready.

Hold your horses... Once we have enough interest in this product, we will start a group buy, so they can make us the plug and play harness. So then it would literally take less than 10 minutes to install or uninstall this chip.

Right now, the chip is hardwire into my car, since I was the test car.

Uni-Chip Thread
Have you seen any engine check errors occur with the Uni-Chip? If so, how often and how easy were they to remove? Also, any undesirable side effects?

cls6sp03,

Check in the car talk thread. I've answer your question there.

Chaptorial,

If it's nice this weekend, me and mattg will take a stab at a heads up race. His car is one of the faster n/a CLS autos on this forum (average 14.3, and fastest 14.1). We'll see what happens.

If I can keep up with him.. trust me, it will say alot for the chip, considering my mods/extra weight compare to his car.

Good kill, I've always wanted to run a CLS but haven't found a owner willing to take the plunge.
