rough idle

My check engine light came on, its a 2001 cls, its running little rough at idle. I just put some OBX headers and AEM intake about month ago and also recently replaced all three motor mounts, car was running great. But yesterday morning check engine light came on and like I said rough at idle. I thought it might be O2 sensor, took it to Autozone to get code, and they said 3 sparkplugs are misfiring and something about ignition, they went ahead and reset it, all day today no engine light, but I know the prob will not just go away. Im going to take it to buddy's shop Saturday and replace all plugs, Im sure he will be able to pin point the prob. Just wanted to see if any of you guys had something like this? Thanks and great forum!!!

Dirty or defective IAC valve? Run a search, and see if the symptoms match.

Since I replaced plugs, car is running great, no check engine. So if any of you guys get check engine light and have mutiple misfires and something about ignition, (sorry i dont have codes). First thing I would do is change plugs, I guess these cars should have plugs changed every 60 or 70, 000 miles.

If you're looking for any kind of performance gains then stay away from AEM pulleys as they'll give you none. They’re all cosmetic.

Best pulleys to get are from Unorthodox Racing

There's actually a special offer for them in the BM section. Check it out and send Excelerate a PM to get a good deal.
