Rotor Recommendations?

I haven't been on in a while and was wondering what rotors everyone is upgrading to now. I can't even remember how many times I've had my stock rotors resurfaced or replaced, but the last time they were replaced I was told it was the last time they would do this and I'm out of warranty now anyway so I need to buy new rotors this time around. Last time my rotors were replaced the dealership shop manager recommended that I upgrade to Comptech rotors, but aren't the Comptechs just cross-drilled factory rotors? This seems pointless. I'm not interested in the best performing rotors or the Brembo kit b/c I want to waste as little money as possible on this car at this point, but I do want rotors that won't warp every couple thousand miles. What do you guys recommend and how do the different rotors compare price-wise to OEM? I looked back a couple pages and saw mention of Rotora and Brembo, how are these rotors holding up? Any recommendations on good priced pads would be appreciated too. Thanks!

u should check my thread that i started titled "brake pads" Everyone was suggesting brembo blank from tirerack.com for 50 bucks each.

I just ordered rotora slotted rotors and axxis ultimate for just the front since its a FWD and is in need of replacement. Also I will be spending on the rears later on.

Does tirerack not carry the brembo blanks anymore- only saw the big brake kit? I didn't see it listed on their site.

Nevermind, found it. It was under "Premium" listing, not performance.

the crossdrilled rotors that comptech sells are not drilled oems. they're from powerstop. i have a front pair and they work fine.
