Rotor Problems

Has anyone ran into a "warped rotor" situation with their CL? My '01 CL has 17,000 miles on it and I've had the rotors re-surfaced twice now...once at 700 miles and the other at 16,500. Fortunately the repairs were under warranty, but as you can imagine, I don't have a very secure feeling that the problem's not chronic.

I torqued the lug nuts to 80 (lb. ft) in an attempt to get a few more miles out of them and I noticed some of the front lug nuts were a bit loose after they re-surfaced.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can make these suckers last a little longer than 10,000 miles???

Thanks.
