I didn't really like them in the CG image, but really like them now.
Well done, Ron.

ok, just got the wheels in a few minutes ago and boy are they perty in person, the Liquid Graphite looks absolutely amazing, even myrelatives said that its too hard to capture the finish in a photo because the wheel looks different at every angle.
Here are the wheel weights:
18" x 8" with a 52mm offset- 22.6lbs
19" x 8" with a 52mm offset- 23.7lbs
Even the 19" wheel is lighter than the stock 17" x 7" wheel which weighs in at around 24 lbs. I hope this satisfies those who were hopeing the wheels were light.
More pics to come of the wheels on a car. Too bad I was sent the 5 x 120 bolt pattern since thats the weakest PCD to be tested with and i couldn't wait to get another sampe in the 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern. So now I have to drill these samples to test fit them rather than wait for the factory to output two more wheels.

OMG, just test fitted them on the CL, only thing is that I had to drill out the 5 x 120 to a 5 x 114.3 just to measure caliper clearance, the offset will have to be lowered to a 48 mm on a 18" and 19" x 8.0" making the wheel even more flush, but I think this is pretty much the limit of what can be done with the specs, any more and it will definetly rub. Now the 235 tires are the max in width you can go with. Before with the 52mm, a 245 tire was possible without rubbing.
The change of spec is strictly due to caliper clearance on the Rotora BBK. With the 48mm offset, and a 235/35/19 or 235/40/18, the wheels will clear the fender and the brakes, both by 1-2 mm which is all you need. Before with the 52mm offset, a 245/35/19 or a 245/40/18 was possible with no rubbing, now I have to test that tire out for myself to confirm whether it will work or not. Here are the pics,
Keep in mind, this is a 19" x 8" with a 45mm offset and a humongous 245/40/19. This wheel and tire setup was to be used on the RL, I just drilled it to fit the CL and deducted 4mm on paper to make the offset a 48 and measure the caliper clearance.
Notice that with the 245 and the 45mm offset used in the pics, they would rub for sure. But after the adjustmetn in offset to a 48, and the 235 tires, they will clear barely.

thanks, here are a few RL shots I took today, to give you an idea of how they look on a white car and without the screaming red BBK calipers.
Sorry, thats as far as we can get with the shots until they arrive, but once they are here, I will def do some outdoor on location photoshoots, don't worry, lol.
