a bit south, but at least we're in the same state..
That's the first time i've seen a s/c with an AEM in stead of the Icebox. I'm not sure how I feel about the red AEM, but other than that, looks great! One of these days i'll get a supercharger
Car looks great. The kit looks really good on the PDG.
No one has used an AEM intake with the sc to my knowledge, but I know people have created CAI like the AEM for the sc. Withoutcomp1 made a CAI out of tubing for his.

your water tank and pump are in your trunk? i hate to say it but that's def making it extremely less effective. not to mention the 2 long hoses of water running through/down your car.

If I remember correctly, he was pushing 370+ at the wheels, so I'd hardly say that's making it EXTREMELY less effective.
JBlueCl6 - yes it is
CleanCl - That was the best location I could come up with. I believe when Scalbert was origionally selling the kit you had the option of a larger tank either located in the spare tire wheel well or the one I got.
When I bought the kit the water pump was upgraded to a Merieze pump to handle the location of the tank and the length of the tubing.
As for the AEM CAI, I believe there was an individual with a TL that did the same thing. It obviously required it to be cut. I will say that I am not sure about the red color. It wasn't bad with the stock motor. I live with it for now but will probably end up painting it silver down the road.
Now I have a question for the board. Does anyone know where I get an affordable and more quiet water pump? I'm not sure if it just because it is located in the trunk or what, but it is quit loud. The pump works so im not sure if the loud noise is normal for all electic pumps. Is it on it's last leg? Should I just build a cover to help the noise level? It does get hot so I''m not sure if covering it is the answer. Any help will be greatly appreciated as always. Thanks in advance. Clinton
