I got the new 2.11 Nav yesterday, and wanted to know what setting your have your Verfied roads on. It says that it is in Default off, and I am not sure from reading the cheaply made brochure which one to use.

 

I use unverified roads, and haven't run into any problems in the 2 dozen times I've used it in the DC area-

 

I allow it to use unverified roads. No problems here either. I figure if it recommends a road I don't like I'll just go the way I want and let it recompute. That's essentially what I do anyway if I know the area.
