Road lamps and Highbeam upgrade

Hey guys, I am thinking about changing the bulbs in the road lamps as well as the highbeams in my '01 CL-P. Does anyone have any suggestions on what works and looks best. I was thinking of Polarg's for the roadlamps, but am unsure about the highbeams. If you guys can give me some suggestions, brand, model#, wattage etc. and a reputable online retailer. Any pictures you guys have would also help.
Thanks

for the highbeams you need to get 9005. it really depends on how much you are willing to spend because for around $20, you can get a pair of decent looking ones.

Try a search, especially for pics of different road lamps.

Do not! Repeat, do NOT buy the Solaris H9005's. They are about $75 per pair and there are some others that are much cheaper that are just as good.

Check my profile. I am really happy with my 9005 and they also have the blue tint when they are not on.

bought from autocarparts.com for $25/set if you track ebay, I have seen them for $17/set.

Our highs are on for such a short amount of time, that if you realy really have to have the Solaris, just get them. $70 was a bit high to spend for highs.

When I bought mine, they came sealed and one did not work. No questions asked, and autocarparts sent out a replacement right away. Cool thing is that I have a spare now. Thanks Tim.

My fogs are lower wattage ones that will not scorch my housing. Personally, I do not want to risk scorching the housing since the brighter M6 & PIAA 19224 is only visual. If they actually threw needed light on the road for better visibilty, I would do it.

Search, search and search. There are alot of posts on this that will hlp you in your research.

my 2 cents..
