These factory ones are junk. I want something brighter. However I do not want a bulb that will melt the housing, the wires, or leave burn marks. It's leased. I also drive on 15-20 hour long trips non stop. This includes night also. So at least 8 hours of stright night driving. These light will be used. Any suggestion on a bulb that is just a little brighter, & maybe more white then yellow. The manual says it's a 5W bulb. Can I get the same bulb just a higher wattage like 20w?

Basically any bulb by PIAA or Polarg is better than stock

A 20W bulb will probably burn the front of the housing

 

anything more than 5w might burn ur housing. You can put polarg M4 or the PIAA ones in like my sis did. Its 5W but white, not like the stock yellow. It sure isnt half as bright as the 18W M6 though.
