The spoke design makes a much bigger difference then the offset. But I doubt a low offset such as that would give you any issues.
price or clearance?

Good I was leaning towards the wilwood kit anyways since I don't have to part it together like the rl kit. I can't wait to have it smooth when I'm braking.

Yeah luckily I got the 2 piece Rotora kit. Rotors are pretty expensive though.

IIRC speaking with E30 when we were first piecing this kit together, the Wilwoods were nearly the same. The Rotoras are definitely smaller.

Im currently running 3G TL base five spoke wheels and they clear without a problem. IIRC the offset is +45mm and they dont rub. Ive run more aggressive wheels without problems.

19x8.5 +40mm RJ Devotions. No spacers, no rubbing up front using 235/35-19s.

18x8.5 +43mm Work CR-Kais. No spacers, no rubbing, using 235/40-18s.

17x7.5(?) +45mm TL Base wheels.
hey civicdrivr, nice pics for the illustration but u did not say if the 04 stock TL wheels cleared without rubbing like u did the other 2.
So is there rubbing with the 17x7.5(?) +45mm TL Base wheels + The RL BBK

So what is needed to make the NSX brakes or Legend brakes work, any need for a bracket or is it all plug and play?

Are they that much better than the CL calipers or where do they rank between the Rotora 4 piston calipers and the OEM CLS calipers?

Does anyone know if the Wilwood brake kit for a 2002-2006 rsx will fit? It's not as big as the kit fast brakes sells but it's a lot cheaper and it's a two piece rotor. Wilwood part number 140-7014-D let me know thanks.

I dont know what the disc offset is for the Wilwood kit, so the 350Z rotors may or may not fit.

They both require larger wheels.

Yea, that seems to be the easiest swap for the automatic 3Gs.

The Brembos arent the same as the RL calipers though. The RL calipers are made by Advics.

So is it that easy for us 2nd cl's to do the oem bbk that comes on the 07-08 tls? Which route would be better that or the rl bbk?

From what I have read the RL bbk. The parts are cheaper and the performance is greater. If you are going to do BBK might as well get the most out of it IMO. Otherwise that is a lot of money for minor upgrades.

The TL Brembos are inferior to the RL Advics.

The 3G TL-S knuckle doesnt have the same geometry as the CL-S knuckle either.

Paul aka NVA-AV6 makes the brackets.

The calipers are from the 05+ RL

The rotors are from an '05 350Z Track w/ Brembo brakes

Check out AJ-USA.com for rotors/pads/brake lines. They usually run promotions on the main page + free shipping which comes in handy for heavy rotors.

You'll probably want to upgrade the brake lines to stainless steel ones too, not sure if Morgan has this problem but I noticed my pedal got softer because of the added volume from going 1 piston to 4 piston. Don't forget fresh brake fluid too

This may sound stupid but why can't we use the oem rotors that come on the rl's is something different? Also how the hell did something find out 05 350z with brembo's work lol?

When I buy stainless steel brake lines do I still get them for a cl or do I have to get front rl brake lines?
