Right Headlight Issue

Could this be a sign of a bad headlight, bad battery or bad alternator?

Over the past week, I noticed that my right front headlight doesn't come on every time I turn on the lights (maybe 50/50). If I reflick the light switch, they eventually come on and stay on. It acts sort of like an old flourescent lamp that you have over your kitchen sink. You give it a few tries before it comes on.

Any one else have these symptoms. I want a 2nd opinion before I take it to a dealer.

it seems as if you have problems with your connections or your HID ballast is faulty. take it to the dealer.

If you're within the warranty period by 1 minute or one mile, the warranty will cover problems with the HID headlights. Take it to the dealer before the warranty period has lapsed-that could be a relatively high priced item.

Did the dealer cover it under the original warranty?

I had that problem and it was a bad inverter. Take it in...it should be covered under warranty. Be advised though, after I had it replaced, the colors never match. They replaced all the headlights too and couldnt' get the color to match, so I just left it alone. At least the lights work now.
