Resurfacing Slotted Rotors

Can you resurface slotted rotors? I have the PowerSlot rotors and they seem warped. My steering wheel shakes like crazy when I am applying the brakes. I purchased them almost a year ago and don't feel like replacing them. If its possible; how much do you think it would be?

I was told that slotted or crossdrilled rotors can be turned/resurfaced. Just find someone that has experience with them. Must use a sharp turning tool and take their time.

Just try and find a shop who knows to only take the minimal amount off,some guys don,t care and just turn them down to nothing.

when you rsurface them it will take the zinc coating off the part where your pads dont touch and it will rust....it also makes the slots look like there smeared...honestly you wont be happy if you resurface them

I have never heard of a turning slotted rotors on a regular brake lathe. Call a couple of shops and ask and see what they charge. You might be better off finding a good clutch shop in town who can put them on a flywheel grinder to resurface them.
