Will resonating tips quiet the sound at WOT or only when cruising?

I am looking at getting super turbo mufflers and leaving my stock resonators in place. I want the system to be loud under WOT but quiet when cruising. Any input is greatly appreciated.

 

AEM CAI = Louder at WOT

 

I already have the CAI, but I need something to give me that sound during the low rpms. I guess I didn't state exactly what I wanted. I want it to make good noise under normal acceleration, but not at cruising.

 

comptech with insert= no low rpm or little low rpm resonance good mid rpm gruntand at wot5k and up you wont hear anything but the AEM
