Resetting PIN on navigation

Can anyone tell me how to reset the PIN on the navigation system? When I tried to enter my personal address, it asks me for a PIN, which I don't have.. is this something I need to go to the dealer for?

call dealer with your VIN number and they will give you the default navi code.
