Has anyone had this done to their CL in the Chicago area?

I'd love to do this for $50 if the job lasts many years and won't void any warranties.

 

you can do it yourself for the cost of the paint. Just take the cover off and spray paint it!

 

Thanks for the benefit of the doubt. I am an inept painter. However, your suggestion has given me an idea... remove the cover and take it to my local body shop. Thanks again.

 

naw man! just spray paint that shit. Real easy Just do a couple of coats and it will be just as good as paint shop. If you want to spend the money....Chrome the engine cover! I'm seriously thinking of doing that.
