hey guys im a first timer on the forum. i have a 2001 cls auto with navi. i wanted to know if i took out my factory radio and replaced it with a double din touch screen if my factory navi would be effected... ive heard rumors that the navi would either just not work at all, or the annoying voice will just stop... has anyone attempted this, and if so what are some of the results

 

ive also heard that if the unit i use to replace my facrory stereo has gps capability i can somehow connect it to the factory navi and it will work... im so confused lol... this is a picture of how i would like my dash to look when all done... i got it from car domain so if by any chance the owner of this car has any info to share then i would greatly appreciate it...
