Replace BOSE stereo?

I have a Auto 2001 CL-S. I have two 12" Alpine Type-R subs in the trunk and Im looking for a harder bump. I was told by just replacing the face in my car it would do the trick. Im not sure if this is that easy though because I heard that BOSE systems have different wiring. So im wondering if anyone would know how much it would be, if even possible, for a different face to be installed? Thanks. Help Appreciated.

repost this in the audio fourm. you will get alot better help from people over there. but as far as i know its not that hard to do, if you are familiar with audio and electrical stuff. you can get other things put in instead of the factory radio.
