hello, I am having problems with a rough idle on my '03 cl type s and am 99% sure its a clogged egr. however the bolts holding it onto the thermostat housing plate are seized and nothing i do can get them off. I am wondering if anyone has any instructions/ torque specs for the bolts holding the thermostat housing on, and whether its an engine out job to remove it. Im hoping with it off i can get better leverage on the bolts or worse case scenario drill them out. thank you

EGR bolts torque is 15lbf-ft.
Be careful with the water passage because it is 'discontinued' from Acura parts online vendors.
