Recommendations for a daily driver???
It's about time I pick up a daily driver. I have a bunch of parts waiting to go on the CL this spring (including blower) and I'll soon be on the market for an LS1-powered car, most likely an F-body. I'd like to keep these cars in top condition and prevent the miles from rackin' up. The first cars that come to mind are early 90's Accords and Camrys. Any advice?

If you're a homeowner and old chevy pickup might serve as a winter beater/parts chaser/home depot run vehicle.

I used to have a 1992 Camry 4-cyl before the CL-S. It was an awesome car to beat on. If I had a house I would have kept both but having 2 cars being single and living in an apartment doesn't mix.
1992-1994 Camry's are pretty much the same car, except in 1993 they introduced a more elaborate ECU, and passenger side airbags. In 1995 they tweaked the design and then in 1997 they came out with the 4th gen design. Any 3rd gen Camry that's been maintained will go well over 200k. Mine was at almost 150k when I sold it.
I see you're in IL so you get a good amount of snow... I bought my Camry and drove it about 4 years in Rochester, NY and with a set of all-season Pirelli P400's it did really well in Rochester winters.
