Rear Spoiler
Have y'all ever bought anything from http://www.usedpartslive.com? It's a nationwide directory of auto parts. I found the spoiler for my CL here for $104, which is much better than the $145 that spoilerdepot.com wanted. I sent them an email through their "Contact Us" page last week, but still haven't heard back from them. That alone is giving me a bad feeling.
I have to get some body work done (insurance is covering it) and what I was hoping to do is slide the guy working on my whip $50 or so for him to paint and install the spoiler. The most crucial part is the paint though. If he can't/won't install it, I can do it myself, I just wanted to avoid having to drill up my trunk myself.
So anyone have any experience with them?

So what sounds fair then? I've never had any bodywork or anything like that done, so I'm just pulling a figure out my a$$. I wonder if it'd just be cheaper to go ahead and order the $200-something painted one...

where do you guys get your spoilers from? i'm wanting to buy one but all the websites i've come across have unpainted ones. are there any trustworthy, quality sites with painted, OEM style spoilers (preferably under...$250ish?)

^^I doubt that's gonna happen, plus I would need to find someone with the matching color. I'm STILL waiting on someone to get back to me, but I'm not holding my breath.

<support@spoilerdepot.com> to me
I'm sorry but we do not allow for customer pick ups. We do not have a show-room, just a factory, and it is not permitted for customers. We manufacture and paint the part ourselves. If you have any further questions, you may contact me as my information is listed below.
Thank You,

What did you say to them that they allowed you to pick it up?

I guess they stopped doing that, beacuse when I called the guy said that I couldn't come pick it up, even though I'm local. I don't want to pay $30 for shipping when I'm down there near the warehouse from time to time.
Anyone ever have a spolier painted by a body shop? How much did you pay?
