Rear inner pads wearing fast & other brake issues

I have an 01 CLS with 117,000 miles and I am very aware of the warping rotors issues. So recently when I started getting vibration on hard braking I decided to replace the front rotors and pads as well as the rear rotors and pads, 4 new rotors w/all new ceramic pads. When replacing the rear pads I found that both inner pads on the rear were worn down nearly twice as much as the outer rear pads. What does this mean?

Now when I drive my car I notice it will brake fine while the car is still cold, ie within a few miles of my house, but once I drive 5 or more miles (even with little or no braking) the first time I try to stop from anything over 35 MPH I feel the vibration as if the rotors are warped? It's the wierdest thing, if I speed off from in front of my house get it up to 70 mph in the first minute of driving and slam on the brakes I have no vibration. I can't figure it out and I'm unsure if the two problems I mentioned are related. Has anyone had a similar problem? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Maybe your parking brake is dragging on the rotors? Maybe a wheel bearing? At 117K miles you should be looking at dumping the CLS.
