Rear Bumper Removal

Search came up with nothing. Does anyone have instructions and maybe some pics of how to remove the rear bumper? It sounds like I have a gorilla in my trunk.

bolts under the rear fender well..plastic bolt thing under rear bumper and when you pop the trunk there should be plastic bolt things too..and i think that should be it from what i remember
