Just a follow up from my rear-ender a couple weeks back. I got 340 bucks from the lady's insurance company for rearending me and trying to take off.

Got the estimate today.....250 bucks. Dinner's on me!!!!

 

my girlfriend just got rearended and the estimate was 600$ it ended up costing close to 1200$


When it comes to rear bumper estimate they can't tell if the styrofoam shit inside is messed up or if the buckles are all straight. So don't go spending that money yet!



Also, this is the third time she got rear ended, the first two the estimates were both around 600$.....both times it was money in the pocket and we never even got it fixed

 

90 bones should be good for a couple nice steaks.

 

my estimate was $615 for a rear bumper scratch from the old geezer.... the guy that hit me and tried to run hit me, but caused no visable damage although he hit me extra hard....

NOW... my front hood is slightly misaligned and the right upper frame in the engine bay is CRACKED! is that even possible from a rear ending that caused no visable damage to the bumper?! i'm saving the $400 the dude gave me and collecting the $615 from the old guy to see whats up...
