REALLY REALLY Tight Steering!
There were sqeaking noises when i turn the steering wheel, so i decided to bring it to Tustin Acura. They kept my car for 3 days, so i expect them to rid the noise. Well, when i got it back, the noise was even WORSE. They tightened every bolt they could find, my car is really stiff...i mean STIFF....so each time i accel, the nose of the car would fly up, and when i brake the nose of the car would dive to the ground.
I don't know what else they did but when i turn the steering wheel, it's really really tight now. When i take a 90 degree turn at 15 mph, it feels like i have to put in effort as if i was taking the turn on 35 MPH. I would have to put in effort to turn the wheel. It's not the power steering because the wheel does turn back when i turn. I think they tighened something TOO tight...does anyone know how to loosen up the steering?

Same thing happened to me, they tightened my entire front suspension, not too tight like yours though.
The fucking creaking noise when I turn the wheel is still there tho. I'm taking it BACK to the dealership again next week.
They kept mine for 3 days too, but they did other shiat to it too.

that creaking noise when you turn the wheel... its your sway bar bushings. at least thats what it was for me... dealer couldnt figuire it out.
finally i tried a little lube on the bushings and it did the trick :wackit:

bknight369 i live in Huntington Beach....i would've brought it to South Coast Acura where i bought my car from...but they bitch about my lower springs and my CAI... Tustin gives me more slack. Tustin gives out rentals and sometimes loaners....SCA rarely does.

yea tustin is cool. actually the do the installation of comptech parts, so warranty work is no problem.
But dont buy comptech stuff from them, just get it installed...they quoted my a price of like $370 for sways...
In fact I bought my car from Cerritos because they were so much cheaper
