Real Stealthy RADAR Detector??

Has anyone installed a radar det that the sensor mounts near the front of the vehicle(behind grille, etc) & usually one at the rear? The Passport people are making one & I once tried a Bell, but it didn't impress me. The new Passport is to be installed professionally only, but if you live more than 50 miles or so from a certified installer, they will sell one to individuals.

I hear they don’t work that well because the sensor is mounted too low to the ground and it compromises the effective forward range of the unit.

I don’t know that I’ve ever seen one that has a rear sensor as well.

Check out this site!!!!http://www.1-radar-laser-jammers-detectors.com/radar-laser-jammers.html They have a remote V1 and laser/radar jammer. I personally own a Valentine one and an M-10. The laser jammer saved me once in El Cajon CA off Chase ave. Valentine one has saved me many times over the years. I just bought a newer version for my trip across America.

I'm curious how you know when a laser jammer saves you?

When a RD saves you, you slow down before you get clocked. Did you fly thru a laser clocking at ticket-writing speeds and just assumed your jammer worked?

Also tell us more about how the M-10 works. I've heard of radar jammers not working so well. After looking at the videos, I'm a little curious. Of course, I would never use one, being that they are illegal to use. Just wanna get at the unbiased truth.
