Real quick - Is 5W-20 the right oil for CL-S?

Real quick - Is 5W-20 the right oil for CL-S?
Just bought the car and don't have the owners manual... is 5W-20 the right oil for the CL-S (5AT)? That's what they said at the dealer but i wanted to be sure.

Yes, that is what the dealer uses and what Acura recommends. 5W-30 will also work.

It also says it on the oil cap. Mobil1 suggest 0w-20

i hate to ask but whats the diffrence?? i know some is thicker than others but whats the relation with the numbers??

Yup, even on the turbo I run synthetic 5W-20.

The numbers relate to viscosity when cold and when hot.

Hummmmmm I'll let this go,,,, nope can't,,, use 0w30 amsoil, the 0w20 is a epa points for gas mileage, for the manufacture only and does NOT have anything to do with the engine.
