I havent had dry pavement so I dont know if its chirping and my winter tires are really soft so may be just spinning!

mayb ur car was just showin off for ur dad. I knw mine does when i have my buddies in her(My Car). And she Acts up when i have girlfriends in the car. I think she get jealous lol

Oh and everything is 100% with my tranny.


Did the exact same thing in my 1st gen Today...its the road it was protected by salt/sand...sand is what made my wheels spin.

Are you sure theres a hole and its not leaking from a hose or maybe the motor?

Those tanks are pretty expensive, so if theres a hole Id seal it until I could find one at a junkyard or from someone parting out.

my tl does it when ever i floor it and when its not misfiring. pavement doesnt matter, decent tires.

I spin my winters in second but theres crap all over the road and there really soft, This is one of the first times ive really given it off the line since the new tranny

Maybe the always spin but you never notice cause there spining so much they dont make sound

not always, I worked at a tire shop in the winter and this guy came in with blizzaks in the summer because of how well they griped

BTW he drove a Mercedes CLS 500 AMG, it was sick

trans failure on these cars are very common. just change the fluid ever other oil change. drain and fill and change the external filter every 20-30k
