If you want to add a fuel cleaner -- I use Techron about twice a year (I use Shell gas from my corner station). (Opinions vary on who makes the best "cleaner"...)
If you really want to boost your octane, find some 76 100-octane (if you can) and mix it in with your regular gas.
IMO, if you are living in a region with 92-93 octane, you may be wasting your time. If you're in California, with the current gasp-o-lene, you might enjoy a run over to the 76 station for a 100-octane fix (there is probably more to that gas product than just higher octane).
If you check the link (and others via google.com), you will find that most "experts" don't think too much of octane boosters in a can. See the link above.
I don't know about the Razo, as it isn't included on any of the test pages, but "most" of the current major brand octane-in-a-bottle products don't raise the octane as much as advertised.
YMMV

I've tried adding anywhere from 2-gallons (on a 3/4 full tank) to putting in 1/2 100-octane and 1/2 91-octane gas.
I would suggest that you try a little on a 1/2 tank (to save on $$$ -- it's expensive stuff).
There is a chart on the 76.com web site (in the product section, there will be a link to the 100-octane gas, and there are tables that make for easy mixing with 91 + 100, 92 +100, and 93+100). The tables show how many gallons of each type of gas to add to arrive at a given octane.
My .2 to .3 second 0..60 gains were produced with at least 94+-octane blend at 60-80 degree temps.

The 76 people said it was safe to run the 100-octane unleaded they sell for "regular" street machines.
The downside is the way-to-high price (the price didn't come down when the 89-9x octane fuel came down).
