Range Rover Sport (Supercharged)

I know it's nothing special but I thought I'd throw it in here. I was at a red light, chillin, when this black Range Rover Sport (the new supercharged model) pulls up. It was all black and looked pretty pimp. I sat there minding my own business, when the light turned green. Next thing I know, the Rover took off like a bat off out of hell, as I take off nonchalantly. I'm at about 20mph when I decide, fuck it, why not . Mind you, I have my step-bro in the car, as well as my system in the trunk. So, by the time I react, he's a good 2 lengths in front of me. I floor it, staying in D5 (wasn't thinking about throwing it into SS, not like it would do much a difference). By the time I hit the top of 2nd gear, I pull up to his driver side door. Once it shifts into 3rd, I blow right by him. I must say, it took a little while to catch up to him, but once I did, it was all over. That thing not only looks great, but sounds awesome as well Too bad it isn't faster for having 400 ponies and 420 lb.ft under the hood

yeah man. i know that some of these SUV's are nice and all but they just think they own the road out here. they see a CL and figure they're going to hog an accord but then are surprised to see me pull on them even on an uphill.

good kill btw!

Maybe he wasn't trying as hard as you think? May be he was just in a slight hurry and not flooring it?

are you kidding me? Do yourself a favor and check up the times on this thing. Trust me, he was flooring it. One thing that gave it away was the screaming engine next to me.

They may have a lot of power but they are really heavy. Car and Driver tested the 0-60 time around 7.2. A CL-S would have no problem taking it. Good Kill!
