Anyone having AC trouble? My ac constantly makes a very annoying hissing sound when the compressor cycles. It sounds like someone blowing air thru a straw. It is getting very old. I have had my car in to the dealer 3 times and they can't seem to fix it. I know the ac should not make that sound.

Also, the cover on my passenger side airbag is all "wavey" or un even. I guess it lost it's shape during the hot Texas Summer. I told my dealer that I wanted the cover replaced. They said no dice. Told me that they looked at some new cls on their lot and their airbag covers looked the same and the refused to take care of my problem. I went off! So my car is sitting at the dealer right now waiting for an Acura factory rep. to make the call. If he refuses to fix the problem, I plan on taking on the corporate office myself. I don't give a fu*& if the other cl's on the lot have the same problem, I want mine right! What a crock!

 

You know, Acura has been pissing me off too. I hate the stupid paint job, the little hairs coming out of my perforated leather, and jerky tranmission. Not only that, go to the NHTSA website and look at the service bulletins. There are more listings than for a Ford or Chevy! Come on. This is my first Acura and I bought it, other than power and looks, for quality. So far I am dissapointed.

P.S.- I was pissing and moaning to them via e-mail for like two months, with no response. I fially got a phone call from my dealer about how sorry they are. What a load of bull$h1t. They only apologized, with no promise of looking into it any further.
