Radley Sucks

If you had bad experience(s) with Radley Acura of Bailey's Crossroads or any Acura dealer then call Acura Customer Relations and tell them about it. If enough people speak up, then Acura can revoke their franchise license. Here's the #, 800-382-2238.

I don't get it?

What's the problem with Radley. I deal with them all the time. Actually i need to go there for an alignment (I HATE PHUCKING DC STREETS!) Love the late service hours 2:00am, you can't beat that.

I had a problem with them also about 20 months ago. I bought the car from them and I wanted to install trunk springs because I didn't have the special tool. I called up Radley at Baileys, they told me 100+ dollars. I called up Radley at Woodbridge, they told me 40.00. WTF it's the same dealership but different locations. I complained big time through Acura CS and Radley CS. They called me to apologize but I'm going to Pohanka from now on.

For the pricing, I think it's locale, baileys crossroads area is a little expensive. So they probably charge more. Woodbridge is a pretty inexpensive area, that's what i am thinking. I know some of the people so i get a pretty good discount on somethings. Far as service is concern, the only thing that bothered me was them washing my car. My mechanic was good and when my door handle came a loose and broke, they were able to fix that, and give me a loaner when i really didn't need one. I only deal with them during the evening hours so i don't know how their operations run during the daytime.

While I have never dealt with Radley in Baileys Crossroads, I can say for a fact that Karen Radley, in Woodbridge, is an excellent service operation. That dealership is the only one in the State of VA to have the top-tier Acura service award (they have a name for it but I can't remember right now) and that's the reason why they will do a lot of things under warranty that you would have to pay for at other dealers--like the brake/rotor problem. Anyhow, having bought my car at Pohanka and taken it there for service in the past (I think their service dept is less than par), I would deal with no one other than Karen Radley.

My recommendation is Pam (in Acura service). Radley's number is 703-497-0900.

i agree...radley licks balls...atleast the one in bailey xroads does....i have delt w/them numerious times becuase i used to live right around the corner...everytime i brought my car to them, they fucked something up....they kept my car for 2 days, didnt do shit...they told me they had no loaners...so i walked up there to talk to them, found out they did have loaners...dam liars...then they put a 8 inch scratch above my left rear wheel..and tried to blame it on me....i got many more radley horror stories, but hte fact of hte matter is...RADLEY SUCKS..THEIR SERVICE SUCKS AND THEIR SALESMEN ARE LIARS...

their 'precision team' distinction award is a load of crap.

luckily i relocated to Cali...so now i deal w/tustin acura..they are ok so far...
