Guys,

Quick question.. I went to plug in my phone charger while the radio was on, soon as the charger was plugged in radio shut down and phone charger would not work.

I'm thinking its the fuse, but looking at the fuse box in the engine can't seem to find the correct fuse to see if its blown.

All the other electrical systems work fine, just need to find the fuse for the radio/cd player and go from there...

Welcome to the forums.

There is another fuse box in the kick panel next to your left leg when you are behind the wheel.

Click here for the Owners Manual. and go to the section titled Taking Care of the Unexpected, and you can look up the fuse box locations and see what the fuses protect.

After checking the fuse box beside my left leg, and going down the list of fuses on the back of the panel, shows no fuse for the radio/12v socket... I checked the engine box also and nothing..

hopefully someone will chime in a give me help

 

Check on the opposite side (passenger's side). There's another fuse box in the same place.

 

I did and that's where it was thanks. And was the fuse blown, replaced and radio is working.

 

It may be labeled memory backup. Or something like that. It's on the passenger side .
