I've noticed several times when using the steering wheel audio control to increase volume, that the radio station changes,or the cd player changes up one track.
I thought possibly I might have accidentally pressed the middle button, but I had it happen today twice, and I was pressing the volume up control.
Anyone else had the problem, and what is the fix?

 

i'm probably not gonna be able to help ya out much here... but i had the exact same problem with the steering wheel controls on my first gen. they'd get mixed up, or sometimes not work at all. i took it to the dealer and they replaced the switch, but that didn't fix the problem. eventually they ended up replacing "the whole assembly" (those were their words, i don't even know exactly what that includes).

it works fine now though. good luck
