Radio Codes

Hey all,
I installed my AEM cold air intake this weekend, but I disconnected my battery and now my radio needs the code. Anyway, is the radio code a 5 digit number with ONLY 1,2,3,4,5,6? Because the GPS code is in my glove box door, but the radio code is not, or atleast i don't think it is. THere are a bunch of other number series though. Also, what else can I do to get those codes?? The dealer said bring it in, which I am sure will cost me. They also said if I give them the serial code on the radio, they can give me the code. Yet, someone told me you can punch a series of numbers into the radio, and it will display the serial number, anyone ever heard of this??
Any suggestions???
I NEED MUSIC!!!!
Chris

just swing by your dealer and ask the service guys...they didnt give me my navi code when i bought the car and i had to ask them, you just have to give them your info or the VIN # and they should have the code on record.....oh and if they try to charge you, tell them to go fuck themselves

If the dealer says they cant find it...you can talk to Alpine and send them your VIN # and they should be able to give you the code.

Look in the side of the door and in glove box for the number. They gave me a radio code card when I got the car.
