I was behind one at a light, turning left, it was an older one, looked to be maybe mid 90's and it was a convertible with 2 smaller women and a man driving.

when we hit the straight away he punched. I immediately punched it but i was low in the rpms and he pulled a couple of cars up to 70, so i let off and he put his hazards on. At this point i was like, f*ck that, and i sped up next to him for the next turn and when we hit the next straight away i immediately pulled about a carlenght on him and it stayed like that up till 85 or so.

He pulls up next to me again when we are about to get in a place where cops love to hang out, and says,"i was in the wrong gear, lets do that again." I say to him, that on the first race i was in the wrong gear and i wont race in this area........he seemed mad, but o well.

How fast would a mid 90's Mercedes SL500 be stock, convertible?

 

a modded cl should have no problem
same with with 6 speed

it could be even with a auto


car weighs over 4000 pounds and does the quarter in 15 seconds.

there´s a package shelf in the back where one can sit. it´s actually pretty roomy.

 

yeah, there was someone in the back but she seemed to be sitting almost sideways.......
