Raced a new TL

Some guy in a new TL was screwing around last night... so I ran him - smoked it by 5-6 car lengths easily.

It was probably an auto.

Well, when my car was brand new I ran a 13.9 with only I/H... so its much quicker now with the same mods... so why not?

I'm sorry but drove a new auto TL @ legnth and in a sprint my Maxima could take it. (topend is whole different story though.) However, I'm certain the 6MT would've given you a better run but, probably still not beat you (given your level of tune).

If I remember correctly it is a 200lb 5-7yr old girl they had on maury talking about how fat she is and how she has to roll on her side to get off the floor. Funniest thing you can imagine, brings new meaning to fat barbie. Her parents were proud of her and were going to enter her into eating contests when she got older. Couldn't get life insurance on her as she weighed 7x's the normal weight for a kid her age.

NSX Motor... 3.4L naturally-aspirated with Individual Throttle Bodies - should be about 360whp NA.

Engine Management is what's holding things up.

I could be wrong, but isn't the CL motor basically a detuned version of the NSX motor? Ummm, different heads or something? Besides, he can engineer it to work, he can handle it! Can't wait to hear about it!

Totally Different Block. Same block as in the RL I believe.

i believe the NSX engine was based off the Legend engine.. (which the RL is based off of as well...i could be wrong though...)

also.. would the NSX engine fit in the CL? isnt the NSX a MR?

Guys I'm sure he knows it will fit and bolt up. He said the only problem is Engine Management right now. Give him 8-10 months I bet by the end of summer he might have something going.

Hey Allmotor, lets finally race, it might actually be close now that you are demodded. And we need to race BEFORE the NSX engine. That will be such an awesome swap WHEN you get it done, not if. Good luck man!!!!
