I'll get her ass a diamond ring, but it won't be 5K, you better go at cost and go overseas to get a ring if you plan on paying that much.

a 5spd man Altima cannot be compared to a 5spd auto CL-S!?

Where does the Altima do 0-60 in 5.9 seconds? I highly doubt it. 6.2 or so, sure.... Probably only with an amazing driver and with the temperature near freezing.
BTW, the 0-60 times for the 6-speed CL-S are just estimates. All C&D did was take the 6.8 from the auto and take away .5 as Honda estimates. If you use the 6.2 for the TL-S, that's 5.7... Let's see when it actually comes out.

Now realisticly, HONDA of america and the Acura website has the times of the cls at 6.5 seconds. Now HONDA press release says shave off .5 tics You still have 5.9 - 6.0 and thats from the ACURA people who don't abuse the cars like motortrend and other mags. We are on par with max and altima 6spd rather you like it or not. Nissan still has not release 0-60 times for either car. They are going off of C&D. Now the the famous xterra of theirs, they kept quoting "motortrend truck of the year" now if they want to go by motor trend statistics, they rate the max 6spd 6.5 and the altima 5spd 6.7 and both autos are rated at 7.0 secs.

Altima, CLS etc.
I tested the Altima, TLS, and Maxima, and not the CLS.
Where I live the Maxima costs over $4G Canadian more than a similarly equipped Altima. The TLS is about $4G Cdn more than the Max. To be exact, the Altima was $32,400 Cdn, Maxima $36,900, and TLS $41,900.
Yes I would not take the Altima because it isn't nice inside, and has many imperfections when I looked at it.
