I have a cl-type s with a 6 speed My friend has a Honda s 2000 we started side by side I spun 1st pretty good shifted to 2 still spining but hooked up quick hit 3 and chirped by that time I had a good lead wound 3 out and then had to slow this was on a1a in hollywood FL .Then we go to sheridan st has a long strech. we start on a uphill bridge and I smoked him by 100 yards at the end of 4th. Well anyway I liked the way it looked like it handled so I put sport springs on my car to improve it's handling and it did but it was not what I was looking for so I just bought a Honda s 2000 for a second car and it is the perfect compliment to the cl-type s. I enjoy both.

Good stuff.. except you're lucky, you already have a manual to drive now.. I'm still waiting for that perfect deal to come.

well I raced my s2000 against my brothers porsch carrera cabriolet with trip. and beat him pretty good on the same course. next time I will use the cl I think I will win again.

 

Wouldn't you all rather wait and buy a Lotus Elise for under $35k, and have that as a second car?

 

it is a very good car but does have honda quality
