Just check www.comptechusa.com and see if they are the same part numbers.. If not then no.

I guess your answer is no.

Accord V6 - 240-112
CL-S - 240-111

In the earlier days of the 3.2 CL people were using Greddy and HKS Accord V6 Coupe exhaust without problems. It'll be a little louder...I think the HKS Super Draggers sound awesome, but they're a little large for some people's taste. Very quiet and deep exhaust tone. My intake is louder than my exhaust if you want to use that as a reference.

The TL is a little bit longer then the CL and sticks up and it's part number 240-110 ... Best bet is to ask the accord guys to measure or something..

I don't think they will fit, for some reason the pipes coming off of the back look a little different from what i remember when i got mine.

nah I'm not going to get them. I was just thinking if those were the same and I could get that whole setup for cheap I'd buy it and just pay whatever shipping was.

but if they aren't the same f it.

plus...cl will only be around another couple months
