quick question

i have a "01 cl-s auto with 124k. During acceleration (fast or slow) it almost sounds as if there is a gargle or water in the intake. That is the only way i can describe this sound. Has anyone noticed this sound b4? What was it? Anything serious? I wanted to check with you guys first b4 i get raped at the dealer.
