questions about trim and brakes

so i have questions about trim and brakes and really didnt want to start 2 seperate threads.
1 My window trim is kinda detatched right above the door handle and so its kinda pulled up and doesnt align with the quarter pannel trim, i can push it down but seems like is lost grip or glue. So how is this trim attatched to the car. I rather not rip up the whole things as its only about that 10 inches not sticking. Is it possible to glue it, then what kind as when i lift it up I see its kinda stickin to sheet metal. I searched here but most are about painting or removing the trim. Thanks

2 Brakes as we all know this car wraps rotors and oem brakes are sketchy(Front one's). I got the rotors replaced couple years ago and also the pads but lately its been makein all sorts or screaching noices and stuff. tried to get pads replaced out but mechanic told me that pads are fine problem may be the rotors. but to me rotors look fine. I am noob about brakes but as we can clearly see the pads on rear brakes but how can you see the front ones.
any advise/ comments will helpful. Thanks

The door trim clips onto the door. One of the clips are probably broken.

Buy a new trim piece and new rotors. GO with something like racingbrake, ebc, etc. The cheap rotors warp alot easier.

Pry it upwards. You'll have to remove the mirror to make it easier. You will most likely break the clips that hold the old one on too. The new one should just clip down into place IIRC.
