You might want to post this over in the "First Gen" Forum (1997-1999 CLs).
The 3.0 engine is the same for both cars you mentioned.
When purchasing an aftermarket intake (like AEM), we usually buy the '98-'02 Accord intake (some companies specifically market for the 3.0CL).
The 1997 3.0CL is a single exhaust. The '98-'02 Accord V-6 is a dual exhaust.
