questionable garage kwai

Well I had garage kwai install my supension for me, and at first all i thought they did was fuck up my leather on my back cooshions and scratch both my center dashes, the seat belt holder, and more. I just was looking more closely, and i found that they broke both of the tabs off the bottom seat cushion on the rear drivers side. Then i noticed the seat was moving a lil so i pulled on it and ythe whole back came off. I realized they didnt even put the screw back on atleast that one side. Well I foulnd the screw jammed between a plastic pannel and the metal under the seats. I tried putting it back for 30 minutes, but it seems gargage kwai stripped the screw hole on the metal frame under the seat. i tried a different screw, so it wasn't the screw. This is really annoying. What can i do? Sadly enough this was supposed to be my most problem free install work yet. i dont even wanna have another shop touch my car. Does everyone really do this crappy of work now adays.

I've had Benson do over $2000.00 worth of work for my TL-S and my friend's S2000, I have nothing but GREAT things to say about his work and quality. This is truly a first.

I would call Benson up, take your car back to him, and calmly describe and show everything to him. He's VERY reasonable, and he will take care of the situation. For example, he dyno'd a Supra once, and the engine blew up on the dyno. He PAID for a new engine w/ some mods for the guy even though it's always the OWNER'S risk to dyno his car. Benson is very reasonable, I'll vouch for him.

Please let us know what happens.

Well I need to figure what to do about the stripped hole. I got my suspension installed a while ago, but this is the first i noticed. I really don't think they'll help. Just sucks i thought they were supposed to be a good shop, but now im skeptical.

Allso, when i got my suspension installed, i told them to set it at 50%. When i drove off with the car after the install, they were just about to close. I noticed that the shocks felt really firm and werent moving at all. I drove it for 3 days before i could go back, and when Benson looked at it he said the stiffness was set at 100% both front and back, and wanted to know if i changed it, which i didn't. he seemed surprised they left it like that. So im guessing that it was the other workers that did the actual work.
