I was told that my rear brakes wouldn't be covered under warranty for warping since the TSB only covers the front rotors. Is that true? Also, if I end up having to pay out of pocket to get my rotors resurfaced and pads replaced, how much should I be paying? What have you all payed? If I can get a better quote at a different dealer then I'd definitely be willing to go there.

I think it would be a good time for an upgrade.....get some rotora rotors

I dont know for sure, but every car that i have heard of, Rotors are covered for wattanty of warping.
