Question on my neuspeed upper strut bar..

When I get my Neuspeed strut bar, the install should be pretty simple.

My question is, do I need to torque the bolts down for the strut bar and if I do, what is the correct torque amount?
I do not have a torque wrench....

well i would assume that if u don't have a torque wrench, u could use a regular monkey wrench, provided u got the right size...the procedure i used was constantly alternating sides just to make sure the bar is as tight as it could get...and make sure to put it on on a level surface.

Do not overtighten as I have broken the upper strut mount bolts, the correct torque should be around 30 lbs. for the thicker 3 bolts...
